Purpose: Act-3 is formulated for fast three-way action: pain, fever and inflammation. Act-3 is effective in the temporary relief of pain and discomfort associated with headache fever arthritis period pain dental pain common cold acute pain where inflammation is present Act-3 capsules contain ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent which has pain relieving properties. Act-3 uses a new generation forumlation known as the Enhanced Solubility System which has been specially developed to provide fast reliable action. Act-3 is well tolerated and is gentler on the stomach than aspirin. It contains no aspirin and is not habit forming.
Dosage: For use by adults and children over 12 years. begin by taking one or two capsules, swallowed whole with water. One capsule will often be adequate for mild pain, but for more severe pain, you may require two capsules. Repeat dose if neccessary after four hours. Do not exceed six capsules per day. If symptoms persist for more than three days, consult your doctor.
Warning: This preparation is for relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed. Prolonged use without medical supervision could be harmful.Act-3 should not be taken if you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorders. If you suffer from asthma or are allergic to aspirin, use Act-3 only after consulting your doctor. Do not use during the last three months of pregnacy.
