Extra Super Avana (avanafil, dapoxetine) is an erectile dysfunction treatment combined with a premature ejaculation medication. This product allows the majority of its users to develop and maintain a firm erection that lasts long enough to complete intercourse and acheive ejaculation.

Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, describes the inability form an erection, a firm enough erection for intercourse, or an erection that persists long enough to complete intercourse. This medication uses avanafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, to help men form a firm erection. PDE5 inhibitors work well in most cases regardless of the underlying cause of ED.

Premature ejaculation (PE) describes ejaculation before penetration or less than one minute following penetration, and the dapoxetine in this treatment will add several moments to intercourse before ejaculation. Dapoxetine is also known to help men maintain a firm erection for longer, regardless of PE.

On average Extra Super Avana begins working about 30 minutes after administration, and stays effective for around 6 hours. A single dose can be taken once per day, giving men back the ability to enjoy intercourse and make or maintain partner bonds.

Before Taking

Men who have not taken Extra Super Avana before, or any PDE5 inhibitor, should be aware that this medication contains more than the typical starting dose of both avanafil and dapoxetine. Health-wise, avanafil is a greater concern than dapoxetine.

Extra Super Avana contains 200 mg avanafil and 60 mg dapoxetine. Starting doses are 100 mg avanafil and 30 mg dapoxetine. Men who are young and otherwise healthy can probably get away with taking Extra Super Avana, but men who have other major medical conditions, are taking other medications, or who are over age 45 would do best to check with a doctor before taking this treatment.

A similar product, Super Avana, contains only 100 mg of avanafil, though it does contain 60 mg dapoxetine. Both avanafil and dapoxetine can also be purchased individually; avanafil can be found here, and dapoxetine can be found here.

Taking more than 60 mg dapoxetine can actually contribute to ED. It is inadvisable to take more than 60 mg of this medication in a 24-hour period.

Other Considerations

Men suffering from ED are often, understandably, reluctant to bring the issue up with a doctor. However, keep in mind that ED can be a symptom of greater medical issues, such as diabetes or heart disease. It never hurts to consult a doctor about this problem.

In reality ED is usually the result of multiple factors, and psychological factors can also develop quickly if a man begins to have trouble forming or maintaining an erection. Stress or anxiety about ED can contribute significantly to the problem.

ED is a relatively common side effect of other medications as well. Adjusting doses or switching to alternative medications can sometimes help resolve the issue, though again a doctor's input is rather important in most cases.

In short, to address the underlying cause of ED will most likely require doctor input. If unaddressed, men will need to rely on Extra Super Avana or a similar medication indefinitely---which can be done, but is not ideal. Plus, ED may be indicating a more serious health threat that is best addressed.

Dosage & Administration

Taking Extra Super Avana is very easy:

• Take one tablet about 30 minutes prior to intimacy.
• Effects last about 6 hours on average.
• Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.

Effects---both reaching maximum benefit and duration of effectiveness---does vary to some extent according to personal variability. Some men reach maximum benefit after around 15 minutes, while others take closer to an hour; 30 minutes is simply average. Likewise effectiveness may start to decline after 4 hours, or closer to 8. Most men quickly figure out how Extra Super Avana effects them personally and can adjust accordingly.

Food is optional with each dose. Heavy or very fatty meals are best avoided for a few hours prior to or following administration, as they can interfere with the medication's effectiveness.

Remember that some stimulation is required for an erection to form after taking Extra Super Avana. Stimulation can be mental or physical, but it must be present---Extra Super Avana will not cause an erection to form spontaneously.

Once ejaculation has been acheived, the erection should diminish for a time, as would normally happen. Provided Extra Super Avana is still active, an erection can be reformed shortly.

Adverse Reactions

Extra Super Avana will lower blood pressure to some extent. Patients who are taking blood pressure-modifying medications, who are already prone to low blood pressure, or who take certain recreational drugs (including alcohol) may be at increased risk of a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Most side effects from Extra Super Avana are not serious, and disappear completely as the medication wears off. These include:

• Stuffy nose
• Sore throat
• Flushing
• Mild headache
• Mild dizziness
• Mild stomach upset
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Mild back pain

More serious side effects are rare, but do warrant medical attention. Extra Super Avana, or any PDE5 inhibitor, should be avoided if the below are experienced:

• Rapid or pounding heartbeats
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Fainting
• Vision changes, including vision loss
• Ringing in ears, sudden hearing loss

Vision or hearing changes or loss are usually temporary, returning as the medications wears off. They are not always reversible, however; and they may indicate a greater problem which, if treatment persists, may become permanent. Do not continue taking the medication without explicit doctor approval if the above are experienced.

Another rare problem is priapism, which describes an erection that is painful and/or lasts for several hours. This affliction, though it may be embarrassing, also warrants medical attention; permanent damage to the penis can ocurr if ignored for too long.
