Taking Super P Force

Super P Force comes in tablets, each of which represent one dose. A dose should be taken about 30 minutes to one hour before anticipated intimacy:

• Take one tablet about 30 minutes to one hour before intimacy.
• Effects will start to be noticeable about 30 minutes after administration.
• Effects will start to diminish about 4 or 5 hours after administration.
• Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.
• Do not take more than three doses in 7 days.

Men taking Super P Force will quickly learn how the medication effects them individually; some men are able to have intercourse 30 minutes after a tablet, others will need to wait about one hour. Taking tablets with food is fine if desired, but heavy or fatty meals may delay absorption and thus delay effects.

Some stimulation---either mental or physical---will be needed for an erection to form; Super P Force will not increase desire or cause an erection to form spontaneously. Assuming stimulation is present, an erection firm enough for intercourse should easily form and be maintained long enough to complete intercourse. After ejaculation the erection should diminish like usual.

As far as delaying PE, most men add several minutes to intercourse before ejaculation. Ejaculation right before intercourse or immediately after starting should not be an issue when Super P Force is being used.

Note that, while not considered a cure for either PE or ED, some men who utilize Super P Force or similar medications find medications are not needed after a while, particularly for PE. This likely depends on the underlying cause as well as individual response, and unfortunately it is not true for all men.

First-Time Users

Men considering Super P Force for the first time should proceed with caution if sildenafil or dapoxetine have not been taken before; the standard starting dose of sildenafil is 50 mg and for dapoxetine is 30 mg. Men with other medical conditions may be started on even lower doses. Super P Force contains more than the starting dose of both ingredients.

While many men do take higher doses of both, it is wise to start with lower doses to ensure no serious adverse effects develop. If well tolerated---and if needed---dosage can be increased. In the case of dapoxetine, more than 60 mg should never be exceeded, as higher doses can contribute to ED.

Adverse Effects
