Super Tadarise (tadalafil, dapoxetine) is an interesting combination medication that both treats erectile dysfunction (ED) and prevents premature ejaculation (PE). While medications to treat these two conditions separately are common, it's relatively rare to find both issues addressed with a single tablet.

Super Tadarise contains two active ingredients:

• Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor which allows increased blood flow to the penis. It is very effective at treating ED in the majority of cases. Many men will recognize its popular brand name of Cialis.
• Dapoxetine is an SSRI medication better known by the brand name Priligy. Though created to treat mental disorders, dapoxetine is too fast-acting and short-lasting for such applications. It is quite good at delaying ejaculation, however, giving men a greater sense of control and greater sexual satisfaction.

The benefits of the two medications are clear, but are not without risk of side effects---some of which can be quite serious, even fatal. Men who have been instructed to avoid PDE5 inhibitors (which includes both Cialis and Viagra) in particular should avoid this medication. Note that dosage varies between PDE5 inhibitors; for tadalafil, 20 mg is on the higher side.

What to Expect

Tadalafil addresses ED issues, which can have many causes. Provided the cause is not injury or deformity, Super Tadarise will most likely help. The improved blood flow allows a man to acheive a firm erection that lasts long enough to complete intercourse. It begins working in about 30 minutes, and effects last between 24 to 36 hours.

Dapoxetine is more subtle, but has been well studied and does help individuals with PE; whereas most men with PE ejaculate in under 1 minute, dapoxetine extends this time, on average, to 3.1 to 3.6 minutes. Some men will last even longer. Dapoxetine starts working in about 30 minutes to 1 hour, with effects peaking between 1 hour and 3 hours. Effects will remain from 5 hours to 24 hours, depending on individual response.

In other words:

• A Super Tadarise tablet should be taken 1 hour prior to intimacy.
• At least 24 hours should pass before another Super Tadarise tablet is taken.
• Do not take more than 3 Super Tadarise tablets per week.
• Small amounts of food are fine with each dose, but heavy or fatty meals can delay absorption of both ingredients.

It is not entirely unusual for the first dose or two of PDE5 inhibitors to produce little effect; provided no adverse effects develop, give Super Tadarise a few tries (waiting at least 24 hours between doses) before deciding it doesn't work.

Some stimulation is required for an erection to form even if taking Super Tadarise, and it should fade away quickly for a time after ejaculation. An erection that lingers for more than 4 hours should be considered a medical emergency.

Dosage Considerations

ED drugs are widely sold around the world, often with big claims as to their benefits and little mention of adverse effects. Otherwise healthy men who have already been taking 20 mg or more of tadalafil will most likely be fine with this medication, but men who have not taken tadalafil before should be a little cautious.

The standard starting dose of tadalafil in otherwise healthy men is 10 mg. If needed, and if no side effects develop, it can be increased to 20 mg, and rarely to 40 or 60 mg.

In men with other medical conditions, or at high risk of developing them, the initial dose of tadalafil is typically 5 mg. Again if no side effects develop it can be increased gradually to 10 mg, then 20, if needed.

Other medical conditions of concern include:

• History of heart disease or heart attack
• History of stroke or angina
• Liver or kidney disease
• High or low blood pressure
• Sickle cell anemia or hemophilia
• Stomach ulcers
• Retinitis pigmentosa
• Penile implants or abnormalities

Men with the above, as well as men age 45 and up, may want to start with smaller doses, which can be found on our Cialis page. Once it has been established that tadalafil is safe for an individual, Super Tadarise can be taken.

Dapoxetine is much less concerning as far as side effects, though 60 mg is again on the high end of dosage strengths. Like all SSRIs too much of it can actually cause ED, as well as general loss of libido. Waiting at least 24 hours between doses and limiting dosage to no more than 3 times per week will prevent this from happening.

Side Effects

Serious adverse effects from Super Tadarise are rare provided the medication is used as directed.

Dapoxetine may cause:

• Nausea
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Diarrhea
• Cold-like symptoms

And tadalafil may cause:

• Nausea
• Headache
• Muscle aches
• Cold-like symptoms

All of the above should be mild and transient, and generally aren't cause for concern. If they become severe or persistant, however, medical attention should be sought.

More rare side effects that warrant immediate medical attention include:

• Changes in vision or hearing
• Priapism (an erection lasting 4 or more hours)
• Low blood pressure
• Chest pain
• Confusion

Most men who take Super Tadarise will not experience severe side effects, provided the medication is taken as instructed. Again men who have not taken tadalafil before may want to start on lower doses to ensure safety.
