Brands and generics both contain the same active ingredient(s) and are medically equivalent. Some brands are marketed under different names by the same manufacturer depending on the country of origin. Images are provided as a reference only, the received medicine may vary in packaging, color, pill shape, etc, from one batch to the next. For an item marked "generic" any quality brand may be sent, however you will always receive the active ingredients ordered in the strength(s) ordered.
Tadaga Oral Jelly (tadalafil) is a convenient, easy-to-take treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED).
Containing tadalafil, more commonly recognized in the brand name treatment Cialis, this vasodilator improves blood flow to the penis, which allows a firm erection to form. Tadaga is not intended for men under age 18.
Benefits of Oral Jelly
Like Cialis and other common ED treatments, including Viagra and Levitra, Tadaga is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. All PDE5 inhibitors work similarly and produce similar side effects. While Cialis, Viagra, and Levitra are most commonly available in tablets, the oral jelly formulation provides some benefits that tablets cannot:
Tadaga Oral Jelly is also available in a number of pleasant flavors, which can be chosen during checkout:
Though it's not talked about as openly as many women's issues, ED is a surprisingly common condition. According to some estimates it affects over 50 percent of men worldwide. ED can occur for any number of reasons, including:
Tadaga Oral Jelly may not work when physical damage is present, but it typically works well in all other cases. Sometimes PDE5 inhibitors fail to work the first few times, but work great after; provided no side effects develop, men may want to give the medication a few tries before dismissing it.
Taking Tadaga Oral Jelly
Men who buy Tadaga Oral Jelly will receive a number of sachets. Each sachet contains 20 mg of tadalafil-infused jelly. The standard dose is 20 mg (one sachet). This dose is a little high for men trying tadalafil for the first time; men are typically started on 10 mg, raised to 20 mg only if 10 mg is ineffective and no side effects develop.
A dose should be taken 15 to 30 minutes prior to intimacy. Taking with food is okay, but large meals and/or fatty foods can interfere with the medication's effectiveness, so should be avoided. Sexual stimulation will be needed for an erection to form; Tadaga is not an aphrodisiac.
For the majority of men effects last at least 24 hours, meaning an erection can be formed during that time. Many men enjoy benefits for around 36 hours, and a lucky few for 48 hours. Do not take more than 20 mg Tadaga in a 24 hour period; likewise avoid other PDE5 inhibitors during this time. Some men, at risk of serious side effects, are instructed to take 20 mg only every 48 or 72 hours.
Precautions
Products containing tadalafil have been used by millions of men around the world with no problems. However, men with certain preexisting conditions are at greater risk of experiencing potentially dangerous complications, particularly when there is any history of:
Otherwise healthy men rarely experience side effects, and when they do occur they're typically mild. Most commonly reported are:
Note that Tadaga Oral Jelly, or any PDE5 inhibitor, can interact with other medications. Of particular concern with PDE5 inhibitors are nitrites, nitrates, and other PDE5 inhibitors. Patients should avoid these products for 48 hours before and after taking Tadaga Oral Jelly. Individuals who seek medical attention for chest pain should be sure to notify doctors that tadalafil has been taken.
