Bio-Oil is a specialist skincare oil for the face and body, specifically formulated to help reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. Bio-Oil's unique combination of ingredients are highly effective for ageing skin and provide significant relief from the discomfort associated with dry, itchy and flaky skin.

Launched by Union-Swiss in 1987, Bio-Oil is the result of two decades of research into oil-based vitamin-enriched skincare. The research focused primarily on solving the following problem: while oils provide the optimal storage environment for vitamins and other active ingredients, they are generally thick and sticky in nature and, as such, do not absorb well. The result is that the active ingredients largely remain in the oily residue on the skin surface and do not penetrate to where they are required.

Bio Oil Dry Skin Gel is a specialist dry skin formulation. It is suitable for sensitive skin and is non-comedogenic.

DIRECTIONS: Apply a small amount to dry skin as required. Use less than you would if applying a cream.

STRETCH MARKS: Helps reduce the possibility of stretch marks forming during pregnancy, teenage growth spurts and periods of rapid weight gain, and helps improve the appearance of existing stretch marks.
