Essential for almost 200 bodily functions, iron is the most common nutritional deficiency, with heart palpitations, fatigue and brain fog as common symptoms. BePure Iron Restore uses iron bisglycinate which is gentle on the gut. Vitamin C boosts absorption, whilst B9, B12 and B6 work alongside iron to support production of red blood cells.
DIRECTIONS: Suggested Usage:
Ages 12+: 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. Or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
WARNING: Take 2 hours before, or 2 hours after any prescription medication. Consult with your health care professional first, if you're on any medications. Keep out of reach of children.
