DIRECTIONS: Suggested Usage:
Adults (ages 12+): 1 capsule twice daily
Ages 6-11: 1 capsule daily.
Take on an empty stomach. Recommended 30 minutes prior to your first meal of the day and 2 hours after your final meal.
WARNING: If you are on any medication, please consult with your health professional before taking this product. The growth media of some bacterial strains include soy and milk.
