DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
PRECAUTIONS: Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Store below 30 degrees celsius in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Silicon dioxide (silica) 25mg
Equisetum arvense (horsetail) extract equiv. to dry stem 467mg
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 30mg
Folic acid 150mcg
Calcium pentothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 20mg) 21.8mg
Ferrous fumarate (iron 3 mg) 9.45mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 7.5mg) 37.5mg
Manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 1 mg) 10mg
Biotin 1.25mg
Betacarotene 1mg
No added gluten, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
