Elevit is formulated to provide the right levels of vitamins and minerals to meet the increasing needs of the mother-to-be and to provide her growing baby with the best possible conditions and nourishment throughout its whole development - from conception, through pregnancy and on to breastfeeding.
Elevit will also assist in the prevention of dietary iron deficiency.
When taken in the early stages of pregnancy, Elevit has been shown in clinical trials to be beneficial in pregnancy and reduce the likelihood of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.

Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2.6 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 4.0 µg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 12.5 µg
Vitamin E (in the form of alpha-tocopherol acetate) 15 mg
Biotin (Vitamin H) 200 µg
Folic Acid 800 µg
Calcium 125 mg
Iron 60 mg
Magnesium 100 mg
Phosphorus 125 mg

Dosage:
Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health care professional.
Take Elevit if possible for at least 3 months before pregnancy, and throughout pregnancy and the breast feeding period.
Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Elevit Breastfeeding has been scientifically developed with essential vitamins, minerals and Omega-3 to support you and your baby's needs during breastfeeding.

DIRECTIONS: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
CAUTIONS: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if blister seal is broken. Vitamin and Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
