Directions for Use

Harker Herbals Ear, Nose & Throat Tonic can be used short term help prevent or overcome illness, or long term to help alleviate symptoms of chronic illness or to simply promote respiratory and immune system health. Dosage depends largely on age:

• Adults should take 5 to 10 ml, 4 to 6 times per day.
• Children should take one-half the adult dose, 4 to 6 times per day.
• Babies should be given one-quarter the adult dose, 4 to 6 times per day.
• Individuals who are significantly underweight or overweight may need to adjust dosage accordingly.
• All ages should take quarter- or half-doses of their respective dose amounts for the first 2 or 3 days to allow the body to become accustomed to treatment.
• Shake bottle well before dispensing each dose.
• Avoid consuming coffee, tea, or other caffeinated products for 20 minutes before and after each dose.
• Swill each dose in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

Doses can be mixed with hot water for a more diluted-tasting tea if desired; however, doing so may cause sweating.

Some patients should discuss potential risks with a doctor before starting treatment with Harker Herbals Ear, Nose & Throat Tonic, namely those who are:
