DIRECTIONS:
Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 4 times daily.
Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily
Children 2-4 years: 7.5 15ml (half to 1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
Best taken at the first sign of winter ills and chills but can be taken season or year round for extra immune support.
WARNINGS: If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Seek medical advice before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Contains potassium sorbate and glucose.
Once opened, keep tightly sealed and store below 25 degrees celsius. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.

Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) dry fruit juice equiv. to fresh juice 5.7g
No added: lactose, yeast, dairy or artificial colours
