Ashwagandha helps the body manage and adapt to stress. This product is suitable for Vegans and is Kosher. It is free from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial Flavours or Colours.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
WARNINGS: Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Avoid for those who have an autoimmune disorder or hyperthyroid condition. Not recommended for those who are taking immunosuppressant's, benzodiazepines, thyroid or sedative mediation. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate
Antioxidant Powdered Blend*:
beta-carotene, L-ascorbic acid
