DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use. 

WARNING: Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. Contraindicated for those who have gout, a bleeding disorder, liver problems, an ulcer or abnormally low blood pressure, or those individuals with an over active thyroid. Avoid if taking bisphosphonates, calcium channel blockers, lithium, anticoagulating medication, tamoxifen and some antibiotics. Contains iron, so not recommended for those with iron metabolism disorder causing increased iron storage (Hemochromatosis, thalassemia), Wilson's disease, ulcerated colon or diverticular disease. Those with soy allergies should avoid and those with oestrogenic sensitive cancers. If you are taking any medications, planning any medical or surgical procedure or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six.
