Solgar Gentle Iron is suitable for vegan and Kosher diets. It contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron which is tolerated well by sensitive stomachs.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
WARNING: Not recommended for those with iron metabolism disorders causing increased iron storage (hemochromatosis, thalassemia), ulcerated colon or diverticular disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor.

Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid
Vegetable Capsule Shell:
Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
Iron.............................................................20mg
(ferrous bisglycinate+)
Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate
