A highly absorbable citrate form of Magnesium. It supports muscle and nervous system function, energy release and reduces tiredness, mental balance.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
WARNING: Not recommended for those who are taking bisphosphonate, calcium channel blockers, muscle relaxants and some types of antibiotics, (fluoroquinolones) as magnesium may change the absorption of these drugs. Those with renal insufficiency may be have decreased magnesium clearance and risk hypermagnesiumia. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
INGREDIENTS: Two (2) tablets provide:
Magnesium.....................................400mg
(as citrate)
Bulking Agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate),
Anti-caking Agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate),
Glazing Agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernal oil and coconut oil)),
Cellulose Gum
FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners or Artificial Flavours.
Store in a cool, dry place.
