We have absolutely no control over credit card declines. Usually it is declined because we are a foreign company and your credit card or debit card issuer has blocked us to protect against fraud, and you must call the number on the back of your card to authorize it, and then try again to checkout. Our payment processor also utilizes Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which often send an email or an SMS to the cardholder to verify the charge. We have no visibility into this, and if that e-mail or phone number is wrong you must correct it with your card issuer, usually using online banking, and then try again.
